The GAUSS-Superbike
Speed and innovation
the interdisciplinary research project GAUSS is something for everyone who loves speed and innovation. Students from the departments of electrical engineering and information technology, mechanical engineering, economics and design are developing an electric sports motorbike. In addition to numerous innovative partial optimisations, the focus of the project is on maximising the range through high-voltage energy storage and a quick-change battery system with active water cooling.
You want to be part of it?
Sounds exciting and you want to get involved? The GAUSS team is looking for student reinforcements every semester. In addition to technical project management as a core task, you might also be interested in tasks in classic project management, such as purchasing, sponsoring, public relations or in the event sector. It's all available in the GAUSS project. In any case, make a note for your final thesis that participation in GAUSS is also possible in the context of bachelor's and master's theses - here the focus is clearly on the technical development of the motorbike.
A racing team with a clear goal
If you are more interested in racing, the GAUSS racing team might be just the thing for you. The GAUSS team has set itself a clear goal: to attack the top of the international electric motorbike championship with the super sports bike. Reinforcements welcome.
