Information about rooms and flats offered by private landlords especially for students can be obtained from the comTOgether office or the Studierendenwerk housing service. The telephone number and/or e-mail address of the private landlords are listed with each offer so that you can contact them immediately. Of course, there are usually several people interested in a room. However, the landlords inform the Studierendenwerk as soon as a contract has been signed, so that the information remains up-to-date.

Bauverein Darmstadt has been in existence since 1864. Although Bauverein is now a public limited company, as a municipal housing provider it still stands for affordable housing in the city. This means that the offer is also aimed specifically at students. In Darmstadt, Bauverein maintains a total of five student halls of residence with a total of 1,500 places in shared flats. It's worth taking a look at the Bauverein website.
