Departmental council

Once a year you have the choice

As a student of a degree programme, you belong to one of the twelve departments. All students in a department form the student council. Once a year, as part of the student council, you can elect other students from the department to represent you on the student council.

Your representation in the department

The student council is responsible for the interests and concerns of the students in the department, as well as representing them in university politics to the various members of the university. As an autonomous body of student self-administration, the student council is in close contact with the AStA and is financed by the latter.
